You have 30 days from delivery to return any item, no reason needed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Your right to return<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You may return any item within <strong>30 days<\/strong> of receiving your order \u2014 no reason needed. This exceeds the 14-day statutory withdrawal right under Austrian and EU consumer law (FAGG), which also applies in full.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To be eligible, the item should be unworn and in the condition you received it. Original packaging is appreciated but not required for a valid return.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>How to start a return<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Email us at support@wearcrystalsky.com with your order number and we&#8217;ll send you return instructions within one business day. We cover the cost of return shipping for all orders within Austria and the EU.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Refunds<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we&#8217;ll process your refund within <strong>5 business days<\/strong>. The amount will be returned to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a few additional days to appear in your account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We refund the full product price including any original shipping costs you paid, in line with EU consumer law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Exchanges<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you&#8217;d like a different item or size, just let us know when you initiate your return and we&#8217;ll sort it out together. Where possible, we&#8217;ll ship your exchange before the return arrives so you&#8217;re not waiting twice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Damaged or incorrect items<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If your order arrives damaged or isn&#8217;t what you ordered, please send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we&#8217;ll arrange a replacement or full refund immediately \u2014 no return required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Sale items<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Items purchased at a discount are eligible for exchange or store credit.
