Returns & Refunds
Our returns and refunds policy is simple: if something isn’t right, we’ll make it right. You have 30 days from delivery to return any item, no reason needed.
Your right to return
You may return any item within 30 days of receiving your order — no reason needed. This exceeds the 14-day statutory withdrawal right under Austrian and EU consumer law (FAGG), which also applies in full.
To be eligible, the item should be unworn and in the condition you received it. Original packaging is appreciated but not required for a valid return.
How to start a return
Email us at support@wearcrystalsky.com with your order number and we’ll send you return instructions within one business day. We cover the cost of return shipping for all orders within Austria and the EU.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your refund within 5 business days. The amount will be returned to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a few additional days to appear in your account.
We refund the full product price including any original shipping costs you paid, in line with EU consumer law.
Exchanges
If you’d like a different item or size, just let us know when you initiate your return and we’ll sort it out together. Where possible, we’ll ship your exchange before the return arrives so you’re not waiting twice.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, please send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund immediately — no return required.
Sale items
Items purchased at a discount are eligible for exchange or store credit. Full monetary refunds on sale items are at our discretion, but we’ll always try to find a solution that works for you.
Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under Austrian or EU consumer law. If you have a question about your legal rights, the Austrian consumer advice service (Arbeiterkammer) can help at arbeiterkammer.at.
